Prices do not include shipping and handling

We are not responsible for any print or online errors.
 
~Payments:
Made via PayPal, check, or money order. Shipments will be processed after payment is received in full. The service fee on all returned checks is $35.00
 
~ Shipping and Handling Policy:
Customer pays shipping and handling on all orders. Your order will be shipped on or shortly after receiving full payment of the order. If you have not received your shipped order with in two weeks, contact us.

~ Shipping and Handling Policy for Printed Patterns:
Shipping charges for patterns will be refunded accordingly via Paypal.

Emailed PDF files are free from Shipping Charges.

~ Return Policy:
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
 
~ Custom Orders
There is a no return policy on custom orders, unless damaged in shipping. We pay all shipping costs on damage returns only. On all other returns the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
